I am the CEO of SMANAG Solutions Kft., where I work on company building and also serve as the senior consultant and trainer for the QFD group. As a trainer, I primarily teach topics related to quality and corporate management, including but not limited to IATF for Managers, MSA (Measurement System Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and Core Tools (fundamental quality management techniques). As a consultant, I mainly participate in escalation projects (de-escalation), where we must find solutions to issues that have arisen within the company, work together with the company's management, and gain approval from the customer.I have also participated in domestic and international TDK events, achieving third place in the former in 2017. I am the author of several professional articles, and one of my case studies has been published in the 2nd edition of the International Management book.
