I was responsible for whole supply chain of our project, which produced electric motocycles, electric bicycles (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Klkb2UW3Pmc) and internal lamps into Porsche cars. I had to lead the logistics group (14 people) of the project and manage purchasers (sourcing and serial purchasing), order desk functions (keep contact with customer), production planners (preparation short and long term production plans), warehouse leader and indirectly his subordinates (control booking process, stock handling included kitting to WIP and material receiving/sending processes finished goods included). I participated in the startup of the products, developed necessary processes and made continous control of material flow.

Unfortunately Sony closed their European production facilities in December 2009.
