• OD and L&D strategy and execution for the entire company.

• Reporting directly to CHRO, member of HR management team and heading team of 12 HR professionals with responsible for the followings:
• Creating and implementing the company level HR strategy

• Full scope of rewarding from strategy to maintaining the operation (including job banding and architecture, benchmarking, salary banding, benefits, variable pays for different functions and levels)
• HR analytics and reporting, controlling of company level HC and personnel cost (short and long term workforce planning)
• HR processes management and ensuring operational efficiency of HR

• Reporting to HR director, heading a team of 8 people with the following responsibilities:
• Rewarding (including the payroll) and HR controlling related to the whole company (1160 employees)
• HR systems (Oracle, Nexon)
• Health/Safety and mobility (exchanging human resources within the Group)
• HR process like recruitment, training, headcount management
• Controlling the company’s training/recruitment/benefit budget

Hungary

• Managing full scope of HR tasks with the following responsibilities:
• HR business partner of supporting functions in Telenor Hungary (Finance Division, Corporate Communication, Corporate Affairs) and Corporate Sales (app. 300 employees)
• Managing all HR related tasks with the support of one HR generalist
• Managing every organizational changes of the area (reorganizations, mass redundancy, etc.)
• Maintain HR processes in the area (like performance management, succession planning and talent management)
• Giving HR consultancy and coaching to the top and middle management
