Took a local lead in SAP 4.6c implementation in Hanoi factory when the Nokia systems have been replaced for the Foxconn counterparts. I was responsible for gap analysis between the previously used SAP ECC 6 and SAP 4.6c in SAP MM/PP/SD area. Identified the custom developments that had to be transferred from ECC6 to 4.6C, took part in cut-over planning and execution and post go-live support. Worked closely with global IT teams in China to deliver the IT system version change with no unexpected business interruption.Lead the IT stream in the Inbound Warehouse insourcing project where we have set up SAP WM to manage Hanoi factory Inbound Warehouse. The business expectation of „Zero gap compared to LSP’s system” has been met and some enhanced capabilities (eg. SUT management) have also been deployed at the same.Participating in our Business partner’s SAP S4/HANA implmentation project as IT business analyst to maximize business benefits available for both parties with new the SAP version and to avoid any business interruption during the go-live.Proactively looking for possible business process improvements supported by IT solutions and presenting those to factory operations while gathering business requirements at the same time.Single point of contact between Factory key-users and Global IT teams.

Relocated to Hanoi, Vietnam to ensure the successful phone manufacturing business transfer from China factories.Participated in the Hanoi Factory Fulfillment Center outsourcing to 3PL (CEVA Logistics) as IT SME. Responsibilities included business process design, process documentation, UAT testing, go-live support. Post go-live I liaised with factory operations and 3PL IT SMEs on the 3PL system enhancement requests and bugfixes.Deployed SAP WM to Hanoi factory internal material buffer. Responsibilities included solution design (bin setup, put away, picking strategy), documentation, UAT facilitation, key user training, go-live support and external IT resource management during the deployment.Besides the project work I was also responsible to resolve IT related ad-hoc requests coming from Operations.

Deployed SAP WM solution to Beijing factory internal material buffer. I was responsible for the IT solution design, process documentation, testing, go-live support and managing the external IT resources during the deployment. Participated in the China import project from Vietnam factory as a business analyst. I was responsible to design and implement the factory processes to fulfill government requirements.Deployed SAP WM enhancements such as automatic triggered material replenishment and PIO picklist to Vietnam factory.

Relocated to Beijing, China to support the successful Windows Phone ramp-up in Beijing Operations.Implemented Continuous Flow Manufacturing model using Lean Six Sigma methodology that resulted in 25% Production efficiency improvement. Responsibilities included business process design and deployment of the supporting IT solutions. After deployment I was responsible for KPI follow-up and on-site process support.Implemented kanban based material replenishment process for the fast moving components to optimize material flow efficiency. Participated in the process design and I was responsible for the required IT changes that included SAP configuration and local tool development/deployment. Trained the keyusers and supported them during and after the go-live period.Besides the projects I was acting as a single point of contact between factory operations and global IT teams and participated in smaller productivity improvement projects.

Moved to a global organization that was responsible for global solution deployments to Nokia factories worldwide.Deployed SAP APO based production planning process (Rough scheduling, Fine scheduling, Clean order pool) and system capabilities in Nokia Romania and Nokia Hungary factories. I was responsible for defining the site specific SAP configurations, UAT testing, process documentation, key user training, go-live and post go-live support. I was following up on KPIs and business case realization post go-live.Participated in Nokia Hungary factory logistics outsourcing project to 3PL. I was involved in redesigning the information and physical material flow, defining a system solution to provide forecast data to 3PL and easily accessible KPI data to Operations.

I was responsible to ensure 24/7 business continuity by resolving all the SAP WM related system issues and end user enquiries while continuously developed user competencies.Besides daily duties I was the local process owner in the RF-ID based global Nokia WMS solution development project that was deployed to the factory internal warehouse. I have participated in the process design, documentation, UAT testing and key user training.Developed and deployed a MS Access based material replenishment application called e-Kanban.

Created and implemented a forecast driven stock model in factory internal warehouse to optimize material replenishment and reduce DOS level with the supporting MS Access based application. Participated in Hanel Lean Lift implementation project in the factory internal warehouse to maximize storage space utilization.
