• Supervise project activities, timing, resources, budget, quality, planning and execution• Guide and execute the NPDP process • Provide an independent assessment of project details and status to the management • Manage day-to-day project activities of new product launches, product and process changes and cost saving actions• Provide leadership to the cross-functional team • Weekly customer and management reports (Tier 1 customers: Ford, Renault)• Facilitate and mediate interaction between team members
