I was leading a team of 12 IT professionals who were responsible of incident resolution and PC installation.Not only did I have people management responsibilities, but I gave professional support to my colleagues. We have several smaller and bigger projects eg. ITIL harmonization.I had a role as Incident Manager. As part of my duties I collected data and created trend reports of incidents in order to enhance operational effectiveness.As Incident Manager, I often had the opportunity to smooth out problematic issues, working closely with representatives of operational teams and certain areas of IT.

In this role I supervised Windows-based systems.I was primarily responsible for the company’s Exchange infrastructure and later for the backup system.In connection with the mail system, I successfully managed several system migrations (from Exchange 2003 to 2007, then from Exchange 2007 to 2010).In terms of backup, we replaced the Symantec solution for CA ARCserve.In addition, I operated Windows servers, DHCP, DNS, AD.

I primarily supervised and operated PLC-controlled industrial automation and control systems.I also led the replacement of Novell Netware-based IT infrastructure for a Windows 2003-based one.

I was involved in product development of security papers.
