At the beginning of my carreer I worked on direct and indirect sales field for 6 years at Xerox.During this period I aquired the basics of salesmanship, turned out to be key knowledge during my later assignements. With that I was appointed to a regional logistics and purchasing manager position. By covering a region with more than 10 countries I learned international teamwork while my strategic mind and view has developed significantly. During my activity in the area of business-quality ensurance - acting as Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - I gained important motivational expertise and obtained an umbrella-like enterprise view. My task was to lead complex crossfunctional business process improvement projects, supported and anchored by robust financial measurement systems. Due to my strong result oriented approximation I led to success my teams first as business manager than as general sales and business development director. During these years the corporation renumerated my efforts by several international awards.My sense of responsability, initiation and leadership, the strategic approach and adaptability were valuable assets of the experience I gathered in my decision-making assignements during the worldwide economical fallback. Between August 2010 and April 2012 I worked as Managing Director of Studio Moderna 2000 TV Shop Hungary.Currently I work as MD and Chief Executive Officer at IQSOFT - EduTech Hungary Ltd. (previously IQSOFT - John Bryce Training Centre) in Budapest, the market dominant Hungarian supplier of IT trainings and education.My strengths are building successful teams, developing people, creating and executing winning strategies in dynamically changing business environments.I am interested in technology and innovation, sales and general management, successful brands and social responsibility.
