Principal responsibilities: Ensure the targeted number of exhibitors, number of visitors, revenue, and provide continuous product development for a yearly recurring B2B exhibition. But above all: organizing a truly successful trade fair for the visitors and exhibitors!Further key responsibilities: - Organizing the operational functions and management of all activities relating to the event, and ensuring that all operations fall within budgets- Responsible for spearheading & building up the sales team, working closely with the team to support/guide them to ensure individual and team revenues are met, to deliver successful, target driven, commercially sustainable events within budgeted framework- Providing timely budgets and business plans for board approval- Creating pricing models and sponsorship packages to optimize revenues in lateral markets

- Position and maintain shows as the definitive events in their markets, strengthening market share and brand identity- Manage the day to day running of the sales funciton- Develop and maintain business relationship with corporate clients- Responsible for new business generation

Responsible for effectively managing and supervising internal sales teams, by planning and focusing sales targets (delegate places, sponsorship packages, media partnership, marketing campaignes, production development). Meeting all sales targets, reporting directly to Sales Director.- Instrumental in making JF Events profitable and successful- Developed this successful office almost from the scratch (opened in October 2005), started as Junior sales Executive in 2006. Ongoing planning and development of business strategy- Assisted in sales and marketing, staff recruitment and development- full project management- High knowledge of conference organization and management

Cívis hotels was the leading hotel chjain in East-Hungary- Expansion of room capacity utilization by constant correspondence with tourism service providers (domestic and international companies)- Developnew business and maintain good relationship with partners which have strong room night potential- To represent the Chain at in-house presentations, exhibitions / trade shows in abroad and domestic events.
