Lead the delivery of sports science/S&C provision for the u16 age group. This includes delivering optimised warm ups for each day in the periodised weekly microcycle, providing technical instruction in gym sessions, and reporting of GPS data to inform MDT decision making processes.

Support the camp manager with the safe supervision, coaching and entertainment of all children on the Holiday and Food Activities (HAF) camp. Camps take place throughout school holidays and consist of a mixture of sports/games activities, STEM activities, nutrition sessions, and creative arts activities. Ensuring the enjoyment and safety for all children is paramount.

Administering the benchmark fitness testing procedures for all Premier League and category 1 academy clubs. There are three testing windows throughout the season (January, April and September) each of which are 5 weeks long. All age groups from u12 to u21 are tested; requiring a diverse range of communication and demonstration techniques. Performance tests that I am responsible for carefully and accurately setting up, administering and recording include sprint testing, jump testing, agility testing and aerobic capacity testing.

Deliver quality coaching sessions of a wide range of sports and physical activities for the Multi Activity Camps. Camps are full time throughout school holidays. Of major importance is the differentiation of sessions with progression and regression exercises so that all children as part of a diverse group are appropritalry challenged to ensure the enjoyment and safety for all on camp.

Lead and support the effective delivery of the National Citizen Service (NCS) programme. These full time camps over the summer holidays involved leading, coaching and facilitating a diverse team of up to 16 young people throughout their NCS journey. This role consisted of leading team building and adventure activities to develop trust, teamwork, and cohesion within my team of young people, as well as educating and coaching on various life skills and professional development traits. These sessions were critical so that with my guidance, my team could plan and deliver a meaningful and impactful social action project using the skills they learnt on the programme.

Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure all customers have the best possible experience in store. It was vital that I effectively prioritised tasks to strike the right balance between achieving targets set out by management when working on stock replenishment on the shop floor, against being as helpful as possible to customers and colleagues. Additionally, being friendly and engaging when interacting with customers on the tills was a key part of the role.

Assist the medical department with the provision of effective Sports science/Strength & Conditioning practice. In my time at Watford I predominantly worked with the PDP (U23s and U18s), but also had experiences delivering sessions to the younger age groups and assisting with the first team. As part of the role, I supported and delivered gym based and pitch based sessions for both fully fit and injured players. In addition to the preparation and delivery of both S&C sessions and training drills, the role included downloading, interpreting and reporting physiological load monitoring data, as well as supporting any member of the multidisciplinary team in any way that I could to ensure all sessions ran as smoothly as possible to maximise learning and adaptation.
