Client Support Administrator Ii
Current- Serve as lead support for the management team’s administration of non-qualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans
- Serve as the primary liaison with life insurance carriers to facilitate the administrative policies and NQDC plans
- Communicate with over 2,000 existing plan participants and retirees on service-related inquiries
- Answer phone calls and administrative questions relative to plan participants’ personal account management and other inquiries
- Update system to track periodic and one-time service requests as well as plan participant inquiries
- Create NQDC plan online enrollments by organizing and coordinating the annual enrollment with corporate clients
