Client Support Administrator Ii
Current● Serve as lead support for the management team’s administration of non-qualified deferred compensation (NQDC) plans● Serve as the primary liaison with life insurance carriers to facilitate the administrative policies and NQDC plans● Communicate with over 2,000 existing plan participants and retirees on service-related inquiries● Answer phone calls and administrative questions relative to plan participants’ personal account management and other inquiries● Update system to track periodic and one-time service requests as well as plan participant inquiries● Create NQDC plan online enrollments by organizing and coordinating the annual enrollment with corporate clients● Generate and create ad hoc reports per client requests● Review corporate accounting reports during subsequent one month, quarterly, or annual intervals● Maintain comprehensive knowledge of accounting and legal issues affecting NQDC plans
