• Responsible for overall operations of the membership and customer service function for more than 7,300 members and over 10,000 actively participating stakeholders worldwide.• Achieved a yearly goal of $1.25M in dues revenue while ensuring department expenses remain flat. • Designed and implemented a new retention program which increased retention by 20 percent to an average of 81 percent per year. This program was recognized by ASAE with a 2015 Gold Circle Award for retention.• Oversaw the association’s email marketing program, which averages 20 email blasts per month, and revised the program to include a streamlined process using Airtable and Informz (Higher Logic), cutting the overall process time by 60 percent while targeting new segments of our customer base. • Lead AAPS’ General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) efforts to ensure compliance with the European Union regulations.• Directed the overall member data management system to develop and improve business processes which created efficiencies that allowed the membership team to take on additional responsibilities for AAPS.• Implemented the HappyFox customer service ticketing system, which has allowed the organization to maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with our stakeholders and an average monthly customer service satisfaction (CSAT) score of 85%.• Member of senior management team and led two full-time staff.
