• Driving Compliance under Company Secretarial function to comply with Companies Act, 2013 and Secretarial Standards • Preparation of Annual Report and conducting the AGM• Incorporation & Strike-off of Company.• Independently handled Demerger related work at organization’s end. • Assistance in filing application/documentation for availing loan & complying with the covenants of Banks/Investors with respect to the same.• Investor Due-Diligence for appraisal of loan.

Throughout the training period I was engaged in Secretarial work of RattanIndia Group Companies, which consists of Listed, Public, Private Companies & NBFCs & LLPs. Also assisted in compliance related to SEBI, RBI and NBFC; registration of the NBFC with RBI & Housing Finance Company with National Housing Bank.
