The Test Competency Center (TCC) is responsible for testing the vast amount of innovation that K&H Bank puts into its IT systems continuously. The department of 60-70 experts includes testers, test managers and coordinators, and test automation engineers. We are busy with testing the entire IT development portfolio of the Bank, from legacy developments to digital transformation projects or AI-involved initiatives.

Managing the strategic multi-project transformation program of K&H Bank's IT organization. The program covers development of different IT areas, including implementing agile practices, strengthening DevOps processes and tools, test and operation automation, renewing the ICT demand process, improving business-ICT cooperation.

Assessing applicants at all four IPMA certification levels: project management associate, project manager, senior project manager and projects director. Develop the local assessment practices and tools according to the international IPMA standards.

Planning and implementing the IT strategy of UniCredit Bank Hungary, monitor the IT-related project portfolio, manage or quality control key projects, optimize IT processes, strengthen business-IT relationship

Managing the IT consulting team of project managers, business analysts and IT architects at the Hungary-based office of Capgemini.

Activities and duties are related to the enhancement of the project culture, processes and tools, in the area of the IT projects of the Post. They include improvement of IT project and portfolio governance, optimizing project lifecycle, establishment of IT human resource management, implementation of the project and portfolio management (PPM) system.

Looking after the entire IT project portfolio of the Post, among them some multi-million EUR projects. Provide project quality assurance, operating escalation lines, tracking the progress of the individual projects, reporting about the portfolio. Professional leadership and people management of 15-20 IT project managers. Development of IT PM methods, tools and project regulations.

Role: management of project/program initiatives involving process optimization and complex IT developments.Project assignment: manage the Payment Program, consisting of several projects, including the migration and retirement of a legacy account-management system and the preparation for the SEPA end-date in international payments.

Management of large-scale projects especially in the area of domestic and international payments, like preparation of a Payment HUB implementation, fulfillment of the new transaction tax requirements, design and implementation of the custom-made international payment system.

Special role:Business development in the utility sector, formulating and initiating sector strategy, building up services, team and competencies, managing the related project portfolio.Some managed project assignments:Optimizing demand management processes at a major CEE-based utility.Machine-to-machine (M2M) strategy formulation for a major Hungarian telco.Quality assurance of implementing energy retail business line at a major Hungarian telco.

Special roles:- Head of the Energy and Utilities SBU - business development, financial and professional control of the firm's project portfolio in the E&U sector. Planning, controlling and people management of the SBU.- Head of the IT Consulting Competency Center - leading the service development in IT consulting and the personal development of 20-30 senior consultants in ITC CC.Some of the managed project assignments:Project management of large-scale projects, including: the preparation for the energy market opening of a Hungary-based utility group; the EU Phare program at the National Institute of Statistics in a CEE-based foreign country; design the Hungarian student loan system and the establishment of the Student Loan Company with its organization, processes and initial IT systems.Design and optimization of business processes, internal regulation systems at energy & utility companies driven by market opening regulations or business reasons.Design and implementation of IT systems from requirement analysis to go-live.IT strategy development for several utility firms and governmental bodies.Development of project management culture at various organizations.

Activities related to the IT support of EDS's major global client, General Motors, represented by Opel in the CEE region.Roles as project TL: building up the IT support team for the regional Opel distribution company in Budapest, implementing systems like vehicle order management, warranty, fleet management, dealer communication, etc.Roles as SE: full IT support of Opel Hungary Distribution: development and operation of business applications, IT and communication infrastructure, supporting Opel's wholesale and service activities and the Opel dealer community in Hungary.
