Carissa Sawyer is originally from New Jersey and moved to Florida about 15 years ago. Carissa attended the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelors Degree in Business Management. After years of working in the restaurant business she decided to get her Real Estate License. Carissa worked in residential sales and managed multiple properties in that time. After 5 years as a full time real estate agent, she decided to get her Community Association Managers license. Carissa joined Leland Management in November 2022 and is a full-time licensed CAM. Carissa enjoys her work and is happy to be a part of the Leland Management team.Carissa still sells homes part-time. Most importantly she helps people transition their lives. A home transaction is no walk in the park, but with her skills and experience she has created a system to guide customers through the process. Understanding people and what they require is first and foremost in any transaction. Carissa is great at communicating and developing a relationship with people so she can understand their needs. As an agent, Carissa works side by side with the customer to get them what they need. Carissa believes in being the best person she can be.
