CurrentAs one of the first employees at Torticity, I have played a pivotal role in scaling the company from a modest team of 10 to over 250 dedicated professionals, with approximately 30 members in the technology department that I co-lead. My journey here has been marked by significant contributions to both the development of our technical services and the nurturing of our department's culture during this period of rapid growth. This has resulted in an exceptionally low turnover rate within the technology team, with only one resignation to date—a testament to the positive environment and robust team dynamics we've cultivated.In my dual role overseeing both engineering and product management, I ensure that our technology strategies align seamlessly with our broader business goals. My direct engagement with our clients, primarily law firms, enhances our ability to manage the flow of information effectively, ensuring that our technology solutions are both responsive and strategically tailored to meet their needs.I am an integral part of the leadership team, working closely with the C-suite to drive business success. Under my leadership, we have developed a comprehensive suite of products that empower our service-based company to excel in managing legal cases. I have been instrumental in shaping our current team structure, which is thoughtfully organized around our three key customer bases: the law firms we serve, their claimants, and our internal colleagues. This structure supports our diverse suite of internal tools, facilitating our exceptional service delivery in legal case management.
