He works with these organisations to ensure they maintain regulatory compliance by provide ongoing advise to ensure they have effective competency, auditing and documentation systems in place that reflect best practice and maintain person -centred values. Stuart is currently the lead trainer for Work -Fit Moving & Handling Solutions, delivering evidence based, person centred moving & handling and Risk Management solutions to large national regulated servicesStuart has been a spokesperson for ConvaTec International speaking at local and national level, educating wound care practitioners on the need for monitoring and evaluating interventions, importance of utilising evidence-based solutions and the need to develop safer systems in promoting improved patient outcomes.In 2007 Stuart was responsible for developing a person- centred holistic care planning system, for a large National regulated service.
