• Travel to properties that require additional help with management and on-boarding new hiresevents and high-end marketing materials for distribution

• Responsible for all aspects of community operations for a luxury 117-unit high rise property
• Successfully coordinate execution of multiple high-value property upgrades to enhancemarketability and position of asset
