Director Solutions Marketing
Current- Direct targeted marketing efforts from strategic planning to execution, leveraging the department’s integrated marketing team to generate demand and grow top line revenue, build awareness, and deepen utilization of $255M business unit (pharmacy).- Lead bi-annual cross-functional collaboration of large-scale (40+ pages) industry-leading pharmacy thought leadership content and post-launch campaign, including strategizing and creating overall plan as well as managing multiple stakeholders (business unit, marketing teams and multiple vendors).- Lead successful cross-functional collaboration for comprehensive strategy development and execution of large-scale pharmacy tradeshow (ASHP), including conceptualizing booth, developing integrated messaging by theme, and driving SME connect meetings to generate revenue.- Manage and oversee annual marketing budget to effectively maximize resources.- Communicate regularly with multiple stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, track effectiveness of campaigns and report results regularly to business leadership while identifying opportunities for improvement.
