I am a versatile professional, always looking for new ways to expand upon my experience and continue to grow in my career. I am a seasoned Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a proven track record of exceeding recruitment goals and contributing to organizational success. My career began in customer service, where I learned the importance of effective communication and problem-solving. These foundational skills laid the groundwork for my future endeavors. Briefly working in marketing and sales helped to expand my skill set. I became adept at , understanding market dynamics and identifying opportunities for business growth. Driven by a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, I transitioned into the world of recruitment.Apart from my professional journey, I continue to further my education currently completing my B.A degrees as a double major in Philosophy and Psychology through Sonoma State University. Outside of work I am passionate about animal rights, education, social justice, mental health, and combating domestic abuse. I currently serve as a volunteer Board Member for Exploring New Horizons, an education non-profit that provides opportunities for students to get outdoors, learn about their world with a hands on approach, and also get to know more about themselves! I hope to bring awareness to how important equity is in education and give disadvantaged students the same opportunities as their more advantaged peers.
