Location was sold to Sigura.Assisted in various Environmental Health, Safety & Security task. Developed policies and procedures to comply with OSHA, EPA and TDEC. Coordinate, schedule and track training requirements for emergency response team. Analyzed statistical data and develop action items for improvement and track action items through completion.

Manage day to day operations - respond to Life Safety Systems equipment, daily inspections, safety observations, emergency response, and training. Manage a 45 member Emergency Response Team (ERT). Mentor and certify the Safety Technicians. Lead accident investigations to determine root cause. Implement Best Business Practices by creating and refining policies and procedures.•Devised and implemented a technician schedule to maintain 24 x 7 coverage while decreasing overtime by 90% while being understaffed.
