I worked with Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and external clients to ensure all are aligned with a lean recruitment process that shows candidates how their talent and skills connect to our mission. Although my main focus was on corporate hiring and onboarding, I also supported high volume field-facing positions.Some specific job responsibilities included:• Scheduling interviews and booking candidate travel and accommodations• Initiating and driving the hiring process to completion for candidates in all company brands• Training hiring managers to monitor their candidate's process using an ATS• Collaborating with internal/external clients on projects related to recruiting and on-boarding processes• Tracking and auditing E-Verify processes for all employees and implement plans for I-9 compliance• Auditing background checks for employees to ensure federal, state and local regulations are followed• Maintaining and submitting all Talent Acquisition invoices for payment
