Creating and leading a support group for parents of children with severe food allergy while conducting a reseach on the topic as well. Our team consists of psychologists from diverse backgrounds in training and an allergologist.

Besides candidate sourcing, interviewing and job advertising, I am an account manager for multiple partners of our company. I am responsible for constant communication and making sure that both the clients and the candidates are satisfied with our service.I am also the initiator and founder of the Wellbeing Team within Randstad. It is important to me that my coworkers have all the opportunities provided for them to be their healthiest and well-balanced selves.

My goal as an HR Assistant is to find multilingual, well-trained professionals and promising fresh-graduates from the field of assistance, costumer service, IT-help desk and translation, who we can connect to our multinational partners. My tasks included preparing and posting job advertisements to appropriate job boards and social media, sourcing and screening candidates' resumes and job applications from different job-boards, job fairs and our own database, pre-screening potential candidates and testing their English language skills via phone, arranging interviews with my consultants (face to face, video) and keeping in touch with the candidates. I was also responsible for the administration of the whole process. Occasionally I was writing and translating job descriptions, writing recommendations about candidates (both in English and Hungarian), as well as attending and consulting on interviews.
