I started this career as a broker in Reality21, and after 3 months was promoted to Director. In this position I managed to open new branches in Kladno, Beroun and Brandys nad Labem to our existing branches in Prague and Kladno. My recruitment activities resulted in quadrupling the number of brokers, reaching approx. 100 positions.Note, Reality21 later fused with Century 21.

I was in charge of developing an IT system for a completely new "Van Selling" to be able to supply smaller shops accross the Czech & Slovak Republics. Later I became the IT support of the Ordering-Shipping-Department of the Rakona production plant located in Rakovnik. This plant was supplying all East European Countries mainly by washing powders, fabric softeners and dishwashing liquids.

Fabric Softener brand: Azurit, where I reached a record 57% market volume share (there were 6 F.C. brand on the market in total).
