Changing Lives through Learning and empowerment!!!I started a new chapter in my working life, 2½ years ago with Hammersmith & Fulham Council and it’s been and is a 'Happy' Journey, enabling me to do what I love to do best, Teach!Who am I, I’m Cynthia a dedicated, flexible ICT Training/Educational professional with previous Job titles of Learning and Development Officer ICT, ICT Trainer, IT Training Consultant (to name a few) with over 36 years providing ICT and IT training solutions for both small and large organisations, private and public sectors, using teaching methods ie one-to-one training, seminar and classroom style and online virtual IT training, using MS Teams and Zoom. I use a professional/friendly approach to training, keeping the number of participants attending to a reasonable size, ensuring all participants have the opportunity to fully engage in discussions and learn through interactive tuition. I’ve successfully implemented software migrations and/or new system roll-outs for various organisations, with 1500 plus staff.I’m experienced in developing and authoring eLearning SCORM compliant training materials; printable course materials and training videos, using SnagIT, PowerPoint and MS Office tools. I have successfully deployed both ICT and soft skills eLearning Modules and training videos. I have excellent communication, time management and digital skills. I specialise in the authoring and delivery of high quality Microsoft, ICT bespoke products and Case Management Systems training courses; together with the authoring of eLearning modules, management of the British Computer Society's accredited Test Center and Corporate events management. I’m experienced in teaching Liquidlogic Adult Social Care Case Management System in a Virtual Environment.My current role, I’m a team of 1 and I’ve gained experience in developing, authoring and delivering compliant Mosaic training courses and supporting training materials; I’ve successfully trained both Adult Social Care and Children's Services staff in using Mosaic (formally Framework I) Case Management System and my last major project, I successfully developed and delivered mandatory Mosaic refresher training to over 200 professionals.I’ve attended and successfully completed the Microsoft and Socitm 'Change Agent training programme'; with the knowledge and technical skills gained, I’ve incorporated aspects in my role, improving both administrative tasks and training delivery. I am looking forward to my future work journey!!!
