Product Owner• Workflow Governance team – managing BAU prioritization, Defining the controls.• Facilitating Scrum events like Sprint Planning, Product Backlog Refinement, Retrospective, Release execution schedule. • Executing Release management activities within the Agile / Scrum model and coordinating the Workflow releases and other releases as assigned.• Partnering with relevant Operations, technology feature teams and key stakeholders to determine requirements.• Prioritizing the Product Backlog and working with the team to plan stories in Sprint Planning.• Working closely with technology development teams to ensure user acceptance criteria are met prior to implementation in PBR Calls.• Reviewing the agreed JIRA’s story points for the Sprint based on the development team velocity and tracking the progress.

• Responsible for performing control evaluation for Commercial banking, providing first line of defense by executing Control design and control effectiveness evaluation for defined population • Based on the process walkthrough, designed the playbook, rewrite the attributes, test steps, control frequency, testing method etc.• Provide lines of business with RCSA testing parameters and guidelines.• Assist the business in identifying control gaps and developing action plans.• Perform continuous monitoring review for the cross-border activity to ensure that activities are performed according to the compliance and legal guidelines.• Assist in preparing for and responding to audit requests related to RCSA. • Ensure all controls evaluation and substantiation evidence are appropriately documented.• Test and validate action plans, audit findings to ensure issues and gaps are resolved. • Examine the attributes defined in the controls for commercial banking LOB• Preparing EMR reports, Monthly performance reports and various KPI Dash Boards • Process improvement creating excel macros, identifying and implementing control measures.

• Reconciliation of suspense GL accounts• Month and Quarter end activities like posting accrual general entries • Sending Report, inflow and reconciliation is complete for CAD & USD TIS, a report is sent from GL Exchange • Doing the Investigation on older aged line items to identify why an entry is outstanding and to determine the action required to resolve the outstanding entry,• Checking for email replies & Preparing the Reports• Assisted for preparing the ISO documents like Process Flow Charts, FMEA, Change Control Log, SOP's, Consolidated Production Reports and QC reports.
