Current Have experience in client service management and process development. To ensure that the clients’ requirements have been met. To address any complaints of the client regarding the service. To communicate with the client regularly to be in the loop about any changes required or any improvisation to be made in the plans. To maintain a record of the feedback collected from clients on the services offered PAN India. To come up with strategies to improve client management based on the feedback received. To visit clients on a regular basis and to ensure cordial relations with them. Being in touch with the client to ensure that the client is satisfied with the quality of services and the work being done. Proven experience in leading a strong team of experienced professionals. Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery. Ability to work and deliver on tight/challenging deadlines. Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet expectations. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships. Managing supplier relationships. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to my team. Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events. Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish. To ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery. To have a clear understanding of the clients’ requirements and come up with innovative ideas & themes for events. And also check the quality and design of all the elements used for the events and ensure that they match the overall theme. To oversee the timely delivery of any materials required for the event and supervise dry run before any event.
