I navigate the claims process, resolve claim reviews and adjustments, and educate on EOBs and financial summaries, including spending accounts. Additionally, I handle inquiries related to dental, vision, and pharmacy, supplemental and voluntary benefits. I manage referrals, authorizations, UM, and facilitate DME, grievances, appeals, and provide online portal navigation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of health plan nuances, including copays, deductibles, accumulators, limitations/exclusions, and other cost-sharing responsibilities ensuring you comprehensively understand your health plan's intricacies, exclusions, and limitations.Central to my role is a steadfast commitment to upholding stringent HIPAA compliance and confidentiality protocols, ensuring the protection of all sensitive health information.
