ADST (www.adst.org) has the world's largest collection of diplomatic oral histories, with more than 1850 currently posted online. As Executive Director, I have completely overhauled our web presence and social media outreach, greatly increasing ADST's profile and making it much more accessible. We have introduced new features, such as Moments in U.S. Diplomatic History, which focus on excerpts from our collection; Inside Foggy Bottom, which casts light on some of the lesser known aspects of the State Department and diplomatic history; and The Stump, which provides commentary on more recent events. I also created our logo, Ben Franklin with shades, now recognizable even by those who do not know the organization. As a result, under my tenure, ADST's readership has grown tremendously. We now have 75 times more viewers than just two years ago.Check it out for yourself: try Googling "Nixon goes to China" or "Sadat assassination" (among many possibilities) and you should see an ADST Moment on the first or second page.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) is made up of 56 participating States extending from Vladivostok to Vancouver and is internationally known for its superb work on election monitoring, human rights, and promoting dialogue in times of crisis. I supervised a staff of four and oversaw the human rights and counter-terrorism portfolios at the Mission.
