Duties included recruiting, selecting, training, supervising and reviewing the performance of a variety of unionized employees. I was the staff liaison with the City's Youth Focus Committee, and reported to Management and Council on the efforts and achievements of youth in the community. A major part of the responsibilities of my time in this position was to plan and implement the relocation of the youth centre with input from all stakeholders.
