I informed my Manager about the offer, and I was immediately offered a salary equal to what Microsoft initially offered (this meant an increase of 100% at that time) in order to keep me as their employee. o Company policy dictated that only internal engineers could work the night shift. I was one of the few people who were exempt from this rule.

I have finished my training in a week and started work the second week. Third week I was already connected to all phones and was working as a full employee.o Initially there were 5 Engineers working on German language. Most of them got contracted elsewhere as time passed. Even though we were severely understaffed, I single-handedly handled all incoming volumes on German language, for multiple months, never receiving any sort of complaint.o Normal company policy dictated that to be able to receive Account Administrator access (full server admin rights on all servers) at least a year experience as an engineer at the company is required, I was offered the position after my first 8 months.o Got promoted to work on several bonus projects.o Got involved with having to contact providers and company contractors (handled procurement).o Wrote my own scripted solution, that was able to process and solve 90% of all customer request. The remaining 10% being cases required higher tier access to solve (ex. SAP).
