- Supporting the business by responding to basic first line HR queries (230 employees)- Produce management information and reports (EMEA & local) on a regular and ad-hoc basis- Update all systems, records and personnel files- Managing on-boarding process (preparing employment contracts, hold HR induction training)- Supporting the introduction of the new payroll (Nexon) and HR system (Dayforce)- Assist payroll and finance teams to ensure timely payments - Managing the recognition system for Budapest Center- Exit management (documentation, schedule and hold exit interviews, keep exit process up to date, prepares analyses) - Managing yearly salary review and quarterly/yearly bonus process- Handling all Attrition reports- Maintaining HR Intranet site- Main deputy of the HR manager

- Providing HR customer service for UK employees via phone and eChat- Doing Pre-Employment check for UK new hires- Project management: organise and lead the Insourcing Recruitment Project - Supporting the introduction of the new HR System (Oracle Fusion)- Managing working hour changes and home based working requests- Being responsible for Enhanced Security Check for key clients

- Executes on-boarding process (organize and hold on-boarding day for new hires).- Preparing all working contracts with cooperation of the legal department- Register employee data to the SAP and update it in case of any change- Responsible for activities related change in employment status (become inactive (maternity leave, sickness, leave of absence), coming back from inactive)- Organize maternity-day for help the maternity leavers to keep in touch with the company- Creates required headcount lists and reports- Support proper execution of the exit management process- Occasionally helps the Recruiter (organize AC, interviews)

- Working closely with the HR team in support of various HR projects- Assistance in planning andorganising training and development- Active participation in the recruitment process (CV screening,organizing the interviews)- Assist hiring and onboarding processes- Update HR documentation- Prepare presentations

- Streamline communication between HR Manager and Staffing Team- Serve as a point of contact for applicant and employee question- Supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations - Assisting line managers with recruitment activities - Conducting HR Inductions for new employees - Organising and coordinating trainings
