As the first HR Manager of the Budapest office, I provided support to the GM and the Management Team to significantly grow and develop the site. In January 2012 I took a regional role covering multiple countries in EMEA.

Responsible for staffing, salary and succession planning, employee relations practices and communications, leadership development and performance management of 150 employees in 13 different countries (Russia, CIS, SEE and Hungary).

As the sole HR expert of Move One, ERC and AES Cargo with over 20 offices worldwide, manage recruitment, payment issues, company policies, internal and external communications, health insurance coverage, trainings, leave tracking and personnel issues for all expat and local national employees.

Handle travel arrangements, payroll entitlements and various employment issues for more than 1,000 employees in a high-pressure, multitasking environment. Channel all Central and Northern Iraqi travel through Jordan and participate in shifting 6,000 employees' travel hub from Kuwait to Dubai. Reconcile invoice payments for all airline tickets.Train all employees on Interim Leave Policy.

Provide interpretations and administrative assistance to PM and 200 expats, to include meetings with local and international mediaInterface daily with Project Management and other departments, to ensure proper coordination of information. Negotiate with vendors for Human Resources services (e.g., AMEX).Supervise six Local National drivers and twenty warehousemen.*Note: I spent a year in 1996 and in 1998 at the University finishing my degree.
