Managing Account to report services for CEE cluster.

Chief accountant for Chinoin Zrt and Sanofi Aventis Zrt for almost 10 years. Leading the accounting team (E2E including AP, AR, GL and some tax activities). Working closely with CFO, Treasury, Tax, Legal etc. Supporting many internal, external and comprehensive tax audits. Preparation of consolidated financial statements. During this period some part of accounting was successfully outsourced to a 3rd party provider. Later on Sanofi Business Services was established in 2016, Hungary was the pilot to re-organize accounting services by E2E processes. (P2P, A2R, CI2C)

1 year experience in project work. Being key user for Finance in the Oracle implementation for production activity. Build the articulated model. Recalculation of standard prices in the new system, redesign of interfaces with ERP (SAP).

First experience of people management leading a small accounting team working for Ujpest site in Chinoin. Being responsible for accounting services for the site. (Inventory, fixed asset accounting, month end closing activities, reporting, mandatory controls etc.)
