As a Manager of the video team I have to collect problems, questions, demands and stand for them on regular meetings with managers, leaders. Besides this I deal with corporate clients to help them open accounts, receive all entitlement, bank cards they need.

As the Main Coordinator of the conference, I had to coordinate the organizing team of the conference, set up and lead meetings regularly, follow-up their tasks, keep my eye on every detail of the conference. Keep in touch with the participants and performers of the conference as well, coordinate their needs, tickets online and offline, etc. We have to switch from offline conference to online in very short time because of the covid in 2019. I am so proud my work in this period, because I had to use my creative ideas, organizing, managing and communication, coordinating and cooperating skills at maximum.

Among others I were managing and leading a team of students: these students made up the volunteer team of the Marketing and Communication Department for organizing and implementing forums, events. I had to manage meetings with them, leade the conversation, prepare and make the upcoming event.
