CurrentEngaged as Sr Consultant for Developing 670CC Diesel Enging with Technology from USA.Complete Project Mangament - composing of Design, Sourcing/Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality was taken care and all required processes were established.All the components for the Engine were sourced with Indian suppliers and the entire Engine was assembled for Testing within 90 days from the date of design release.During 2016 got engaged into Core Manufacturing activities as Director Operations - to Head the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Operations across 5 manufacturing facilities.A Brand new ATM Manufacturing facility with Desk Top ATMs was launched.The Components division is involved in Precision CNC Machining operations across Automotive, Hydraulics and similar industries. Components ranging from 1 mm diameter upto 35 mm diameter shall be processed across CNC, VMC Centres and finishing operations done upto Plus Minus 1 micron tolerance in Special Grinding machines.The Components division covers Major customers including Global Customers viz.,Walvoil and Hydro Control (Italian base), Danfoss (European Base), Delphi, Eaton Corporation, Stanadyne etc.A Medical device involving Plastic Injection Moulding, Critical Parts Sourcing, Sterilisation, Specialised packing was developed with design from American Institution (Doctors) to export the products back to them.
