- Designed and built event-based services responsible for the fiat currency deposited into and withdrawn from Swyftx, ensuring consistency of fund processing across distributed microservices- Built integrations with Stripe so users could have access to a familiar, trusted payment provider- Created CI/CD pipelines to build, test and deploy our multiple microservices

- Mained and extended the full stack of Roubler’s payroll and workforce management app- Lead a high-performing squad of 4 devs + 1 QA, with main responsibilites being to act as an intermediary between product owner/architect and the team, keeping upcoming work groomed and ready for the team to pick off the backlog (with a Kanban approach), and providing technical direction- Engaged with external stakeholders in webinars/focus groups to determine key features of new products within the Roubler ecosystem

- Lead small offshore teams during the upgrade of Suncorp’s Java-based claims management system (Guidewire ClaimCenter)- Designed and built a React app for use by external users as a portal into Suncorp’s claims management system- Designed and built an internal API framework (a combo of GraphQL and REST APIs, with multiple Node/Express services) to create Suncorp’s insurance claims domain interface

I spent three months working in a team of four interns where we treated ourselves as a startup. We were given a problem within Suncorp's Claims Technology domain and, applying Lean and human-centered design methodologies, developed an internal gamification app to track and reward good developer behaviours that is still in use today.
