Responsible for reviewing the current state of control panels system wide (SMWSS and KernRiver to date). Including but not limited to AWT’s, Steam Facilities, Oil Dehydration Facilities,Water Treatment Plants, Cogens, etc. Captured digital imagery, cleaned, tightened and labeled terminals. Reported excessive wear,voltages, amperages, wire/component degradation. Created and populated reports/spreadsheets for reporting to CVX management. Made recommendations on and justification of short-term remediation efforts and PM programdevelopment. Interfaced with CVX Operations to communicate and mitigate any downtime issues as a result oftesting/remediation. Responsible for maintaining logs and statuses of 20+ employees day to day progress andreporting to CVX and ProUsys management. Supported client Run and Maintain operations of SCADA system primarily in softwareprogramming of PLC’s, OIT’s and HMI’s on existing facilities and expansions. Troubleshot I&C hardware and software as required to resolve system issues as reported by theclient. Installation and calibration of new and existing end devices such as Rosemount multi-variabletransmitters, flow meters, control valves, ESD systems and level indicators.

 Responsible PLC, OIT, HMI and SCADA maintenance and troubleshooting and repairs asrequired by Oxy. Installation, program, troubleshooting and repair of instruments for plant and field process,including electrical and pneumatic level controllers, temperature transmitters, pressure and leveltransmitters. Installed, troubleshot and repaired EDS shutdowns and facilities safeties. Troubleshoot and repair ignition systems, fire and gas detectors. Perform preventative maintenance on all systems; maintain proper paperwork for site and devicepm’s. Maintain a safe work environment by using proper permits and JSA’s, good housekeepingawareness of surrounding crews and wildlife. Train new hires working directly with company representatives and engineers.

 Repair and assembly of gas and air compressors, complete overhauls and teardowns of A/C,Grundfoss, Quincy, Ingersoll Rand, Sullair, Wheatly and many other types. Train new hires interacting and working directly with company representatives, engineers,electricians and mechanics. Fill out proper permits and paperwork to comply with customer and company standards. Troubleshoot and repair of compressor sites including panels, piping ESD’s and programmingtransmitters. Performing laser alignments on new and rebuilt installs. Implement and maintain a preventative and predictive maintenance plan consisting of datalogging and scheduling including vibration analysis and repair intervals. Setup and maintain shop computers and network. Develop and build a website for potential clients to have contact information.
