He oversees Deloitte’s FOIA offering. Specifically, he has been instrumental in transforming the response to large-scale crisis-driven requests for information utilizing a unique combination of workflow, content-based analytics, machine learning and predictive redactions. Responsible for development of custom applications for portable RF networks for warehouse management/inventory control, and interfacing these networks (using Epic middleware) with the client’s existing ERP systems (SAP, Baan, JD Edwards, Oracle). Coordinated and managed multiple teams of up to 30 people each (from several states and countries). Resource projection and allocation (internal and external). Created and managed formal channel for communication between internal and client resources. Single point of contact for fortune 500 clients, including routine interface with executive management as well as budget justification to Board of Directors.100% accountability for all cost justifications both internally and client-facing. Contract management and scope analysis (creep prevention).

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Started up and managed a satellite office with a staff of 35 focusing on field data collection, and data management for a multi-million dollar evaluation study. Design Engineer for several large city master-plan contracts, where duties included extensive data conversion, database implementation, hydraulic modeling, and programming client-specific visual basic applications. Managed development of applications including Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Maintenance Management Systems (MMS), and Customer Service Management Systems (CSMS). Taught on-site training classes and provided technical support to clients for a dynamic hydraulic modeling software package.
