Created 501c3 Nonprofit increasing the charities complexity beginning in 2006. Organization and presentation of up to six annual gown give-a-way boutiques for financially challenged students in order to assist with the high cost of senior prom. Created and worked within a very limited budget structure and oversaw budget prioritization. Implemented fundraisers such as raffles, entertainment events, etc. utilizing local community resources as well as surrounding statewide venues. Promoted events via social networking and media announcements. Worked with professionals in the community and secured the promise of their time and skills to the program. Succeeded in raising awareness of programs existence and availability to several surrounding New England states. Continued our pursuit of funding in order to keep program up and running and available for all students in need of our service. Program was dissolved in June of 2019.
