In this role I was responsible for the delivery of ~45 maintenance programs and manage a team of 10 field staff. My role is to see a project from practical completion to final completion. I manage a team that complete the on ground activities and ensure that projects meet requirements for handover. I do this by regularly auditing sites against landscape plans, co-ordinating supplies and deliveries and flagging quality concerns or defects with my team. Throughout the process I keep clients up to date and track expenses closely to ensure project profitability.

I manage small teams to carry out Natural Resource Management projects throughout the Western Plains and Surrounds.

During my time I have been able to refine my time management skills and develop the ability to effectively communication agreed KPI’s to all stakeholders. This role challenged me to think outside the box and to make the best use of the resources that I had available.
