As a Technology Integration Coach at Summit Academy Schools, I've been instrumental in driving technological advancements across 14 schools in Southwest Ohio and Toledo. In this role, I've led comprehensive training sessions for educators and students, equipping them with the skills needed to effectively integrate technology into the classroom.My responsibilities extend to managing Google Admin Panel operations, troubleshooting teacher and student devices, and overseeing the creation and maintenance of software accounts. Additionally, I've developed our student internet safety program. Ensuring compliance with eRate regulations, I monitor student completion and provide guidance on navigating the online world responsibly.One of my significant contributions has been spearheading the development of custom in-house solutions tailored to our specific needs that are user friendly, including systems for behavior data analysis, PBIS tracking, hall pass management, and library checkout. My passion lies in empowering educators and students alike with innovative technology solutions. By fostering a culture of proficiency and advancement in educational technology adoption, I strive to create an environment where learning flourishes and students thrive.

During my tenure, I dedicated myself to crafting dynamic and interactive learning experiences that sparked curiosity, fostered exploration, and ignited a love for learning. Whether we were conducting experiments in the classroom, cheering on “Bug Wars,” learning about forces beyond comprehension, embarking on field trips to local museums and nature reserves, or delving into our favorite question (“Why is it so?”), my goal was always the same: to make learning come alive for my students.Key highlights of my role included:Designing and implementing lessons that catered to the individual needs, interests, and abilities of each student.Creating instructional materials that brought science and social studies concepts to life, making abstract ideas tangible and relevant.
