My career began in banking and financial services, I have leveraged my experience in management and compliance as well as my educational pursuits to move into Human Resources. My roles include Director of Employee and Labor Relations in Portland, OR., and Director of People & Culture in my hometown of Tucson, AZ. I have now branched out in an entrepreneurial way and founded C.S. Smith & Company, LLC, a consulting firm focused on Management, HR, and Investigation. I hold a Bachelor's of Arts degree from Portland State University in Business Administration, concentrated in Human Resources Management, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pacific University Oregon. My goals are to make the most impact that I can, while developing the people to do the great things that they are capable of. I strive to leverage my leadership and engagement skills in an executive leadership role.
