Community Beer Works, LLC, founded June 2010 and operating as of April 2012, is a microbrewery in Buffalo, NY. We're passionate about beer and devoted to supporting the communities that connect us.

I solved problems for enterprise-scale clients. I built custom integrated architecture for SAN/Server/Network and was always on-call to solve the scary problems that go bump in the middle of the night. Also pretty skilled at keeping the suits cool. - Certified Solaris and Oracle Enterprise Linux Administrator- Significant experience architecting, installing, and managing full suite of Oracle Engineered Systems: Exadata, Exalogic, Exalytics, Oracle Database Appliance- Over ten years experience managing full complement of Sun Microsystems Hardware and Software- Designed infrastruture architecture for new projects- Recommended technical solutions to clients who were stranded in a sea of problems- Set standards for architecture, builds and support.- Provided subject matter expertise to the customer and Oracle- Developed disaster/technology recovery plans and participated in recovery exercises- Assisted customers with development of Managed UNIX backup environment: creation of backup standards, policies, procedures, running of daily backups, processing restore requests, supporting the backup infrastructure- Assisted customers in development of processes for storage allocation from disk provisioning to file system creation to managing the storage infrastructure- Designed and implemented proactive technical resolution and change management procedures for customers including processes for server builds to decrease build time, reduce rework, and document necessary information for the maintenance of server environment.

- Created and organized the International Cash Mob movement. Based upon the viral "Flash Mob" movement, I added a social component and encouraged cash mob attendees to support small business and make an investment into their local economy.- Designed a decentralized management structure which empowered local organizers to create Cash Mobs with a local theme and flavor.- Created a viral marketing campaign using local blogs, niche Twitter and Facebook networks, and earned media. Resulting in stories in dozens of local, national, and international outlets including The Buffalo News, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Time Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The London Telegraph, Le Monde, as well as broadcast stories on the CBS Evening News, The Today Show, ABC Nightly News, and NPR/PRI.- Invited to present at TEDx Buffalo 2012 to discuss the movement and the inspiration behind it- Within 12 months of the first Cash Mob held at Buffalo's City Wine Merchant, approximately 2,500 Cash Mobs had been held in over 115 countries on 4 continents resulting in an estimated $2.2MM spent at small businesses around the globe- Partnered with regional small business associations to identify opportunities to leverage the movement into a sustainable "buy local" program- Created outreach collateral and marketing support tools for small businesses to stay connected with their cash mob attendees

Drop-In Nation provides school systems, adult education programs and not-for-profit agencies with usable tools to improve school climates, inspire effective instruction and reach academic milestones with "at-risk" populations. Since 2004, this holistic curriculum has proven success with in-school youth, out-of-school youth and adult learners. Drop-In Nation blends contemporary pedagogical practices with sociological, environmental, psychological and literary theories applied in an accessible and practical manner. Every aspect of Drop-In Nation has been classroom tested - essentially best practice ideology with real exercises that empower educators and students.

Designed Command and Control systems architecture and implementation plans for use in wartime theater operations. Performed test and assessment of architecture in exercise situations for ESC/CX at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Maintenance and operation of mission Planning and target acquisition systems for B-52 aircraft in exercise and wartime situations.

Performed analysis of enemy targets to include command and control interdiction studies, hard target design, weaponeering. I also planned aircraft missions to accomplish operational goals in exercise and wartime scenarios.
