Managed application support, maintenance, enhancement, break-fix, and development projects for a portfolio of Lexmark Financial applications. A few examples include Travel Expense Account, Tax, Treasury, and Accounts Payable document imaging. Wrote and delivered business requirements and project estimates to client. Coordinated and planned meeting business requirements using IBM resources from the Application Management Services (AMS) and Service Delivery Center towers.
