Since the start of my career I have worked on PLL's for DECT, DCT and Bluetooth. Comprising a.o. the following blocks: VCO, multi-modulus counters (MMC), prescalers (PSC).Later I became involved in mixed-signal verification of the SoC's, radio and PLL's of current generation DECT/DCT IC's.I have a broad understanding of modeling in HDL languages like Verilog, VerilogA, VerilogAMS, VDHL.Due to my interests in design tools I have obtained a broad knowledge of Cadence tools, mainly front-end tools but back-end as well. I have been responsible for setting up a new mixed-signal design flow.At present I am managing the Radio IC design group, responsible for the design of Low Energy Radio systems.Specialties: People/project management, VCO, PLL, mixed-mode, tooling, RF design.
