* Under United Way's Family Stability program, provides wrap around supportive services for families currently experiencing homelessness or housing instability. *Develops and provides financial coaching workshops and financial assistance resources tailored to the meet the changing needs of the families serviced under the Family Stability program. *Provides support and training as needed to other staff to ensure program effectiveness and quality outcomes. *Continuously work to identify and improve program effectiveness by researching best practices, soliciting client feedback and monitoring program outcomes.

• Provide case management services to all participants of United Way’s Financial Capability IDA program, to include intake, financial education and coaching, purchase of an asset and exiting the IDA Project with follow-up. • Work with IDA referral and banking partners to collect and manage participant data, track applicant activity, and coordinate intake and closeout procedures. • Coordinate and maintain records on participant progress from intake through orientation, opening account, financial education and coaching session, asset-specific training, asset purchase, and follow-up.• In partnership with Louisiana Workforce Commission, responsible for the Workforce Development Curriculum Design and delivery for Out of School youth pilot program.

Future Leaders, New Orleans

• Recruits, screens and enrolls eligible youth to participate in STRIVE Future Leader program. • Builds, maintains relationships and reports client’s progress to referring judges, probation and parole officers and other social service case managers on their participants progress. • Provides wrap- around case management services to youth with barriers to include employment placement, linkage to occupational skills training, post-secondary education opportunities, housing, medical assistance and other supportive services. • Utilizes Apricot Database system to enroll participants, record client contact and track participant milestone achievement. • Aids Facilitator in the instruction on the STRIVE Future Leaders curriculum.

● Provide on-the-job training support, identify natural supports in the work place and to utilize behavioral training techniques. ● Provide on-going feedback on participant progress to all concerned parties through monthly reports, conversations and chronological logs. ● Assist in the recruitment and placement of program participants. ● Act as an intermediary and advocate for program participants at the work site for both employer and employee. ● As a Pre-Employment Transition Service (P.E.T.S) Instructor, develop and teach work readiness curriculum to those students receiving Special Education Services transitioning out of High School into the workforce.
