* Responsible for sourcing and developing potential clients by implementing a solicitation program to establish new banking relationships from the business community.*Responsible for developing business banking strategies in order to sell ECSB products and services to prospective clients. Analyzes customer’s financial statements, obtains necessary information to understand the business, conducts a needs analysis and makes appropriate recommendations for products and services on an ongoing basis.*Works with other members of the team to meet performance goals, develops strategies and promotional efforts for the Center. *Responsible for set up and changes within all Cash Management programs at ECSB. *Performs designated functions of Cash Management services including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Account Analysis, Lockbox, Internal Sweeps, Business Online and Business Mobile Banking, Business Bill Pay, Business Online Wires and ACH Origination. *Facilitate and provide customer support via phone, in person, secure e-mail and e-mail for Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Internal Sweeps, Business Online Banking, ACH Origination and Maintain expert level of knowledge of the Bank’s cash management products and services.

*Perform financial transactions for customers including wire transfers deposits and withdrawals. *Sell Certificates of Deposits. Brought in over $350,000 in new money to the bank the first quarter of 2008. . *Help customers complete bank forms including: online banking applications, stop payment forms, debit card applications and ACH debits.
