About Crystal Northcutt
Over the course of my teaching years, I have been inspired by a progressive philosophy to education in which I believe teaching should be to the whole child and a way in which they can develop their interests, strengths, passions and seek them out while in school. As a teacher, I encourage students to challenge themselves to delve deeper, ask more questions and to search for problems in which to answer. I want students to have a safe and happy experience each time they walk through my door so that they can explore and engage freely and openly while being their genuine self.
