Hired as a Sr. Graphic Designer, after 6 months promoted to Art Director. Responsible for managing 2 designers, creative direction and design, coordinating projects/traffic management, print vendor management/quoting/procurement, digital photography. Some direct client connections. eNewsletter development, website design and maintenance. Monthly production of 48-80 page magazine. Support our TV department graphically as needed.

Worked with corporate departments to created training and marketing materials. Supported nearly 1,500 North American branch and franchise offices with local marketing/advertising requests.Worked with Copywriters and Print Production Mangers to brainstorm collateral on time and on budget. Collaborated with copywriters, and a team of Marketing and IT specialists to create this online branding tool, provided the featured creative. Developed internal marketing materials for the tool and presented the tool at our annual corporate sales meeting. The site provides corporate ID materials and locally customizable advertising, and accessed by more than 1,100 offices nationwide.

Provided illustration work for transitioning NICOR's field manuals to electronic manuals. Layout & Production of multiple catalogs and marketing materials for Bellcore/Telcordia telecommunications training company.Design, layout and production, including press check of the Fiberbox Handbook. Collateral and marketing materials for other companies including: Million Dollar Round Table, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, Westfalia-Surge, and more.
