Responsibilities & roles:• Strategic responsibility for the production of converters. Link between designers and the receiving factories, ensuring product design is possible to produce efficiently and in good quality to ensure smooth introduction to serial production. • HSE representativeResults• I was a key player in the team that made sure that mark upgrades were introduced into serial production with significantly fewer late changes and with a much steeper ramp up, compared to previous versions. This meant that production targets were met, and late-change-costs were reduced. • A process for handling production alternates was set up to reduce the number of assembly errors in production.• During roll-out of SAP in the factory, I provided factory input to the roll-out team, to ensure a setup supporting the production whilst maintaining needed traceability.

Responsible for providing production basis for the production of electric panels/converters. PFMEA, process flow, production layout. Definition and procurement of new equipment as well as setting up new lines.

Responsible for maintaining and standardising quality control systems in Denmark and Sweden. Set up and structure of document control system.
